May or may not be self inserting on this. It's been a few years since I wrote a Sonic story so I thought I'd give it a shot. I've gotten some inspiration for a nostalgic SonAmy story. Reflecting on childhood and how people change over time. Adjusting can be one of the hardest things going through life, but I wanted to write this story to convey the message that even through trials and turbulations, love can work out. It just takes the willingness to be open and vulnerable with how you're feeling. Throughout this story, Sonic keeps his emotions inside because he's never properly acknowledged them, and Amy does what she can to move on from Sonic and stay strong after finally accepting that he doesn't like her... or so she thinks.All Rights Reserved
