Lydia finally pulls herself together when someone close to her dies, but then slowly falls apart again. Oliver tries everything he can to prevent things from happening when he only makes it worse as he tries to take down Ra's Al Ghul.

100 years after a devastating war, leaders of each country decided that the only way to keep peace and civilization was to bring back the way of monarchy. Many countries abandoned the idea of a king and queen ruling over citizens thousands of years ago, but in a hopeful attempt to prevent something as catastrophic ever occurring again, countries came to an agreement. Nothing was a democracy anymore. The people had no say in anything that happens and were immediately killed if they protested against the idea of a monarchy. Princess Lydia Martin is heir to the throne, a soon-to-be queen of America. Her mother and father have been ruling for twenty five years and have to pass down the throne to their only child. Because Lydia is their only child, her safety is crucial. If any harm were to come upon Lydia, then the throne would be at threat and an amateur cousin could rule and America would be in grave danger since they’ve made enemies that would want nothing more than to see the king, queen,and country come crumbling down into pieces. Tensions between the countries are stronger than ever and countries need to be allied with each other since that is the only way to stay alive. Ever since Lydia was a child, her parents have had an arranged marriage for Lydia to wed the son of the king and queen of Great Britain, Prince Stiles. The two are now old enough to wed each other and rule together, but the current kings and queens aren’t ready to give up their throne just yet. With threats greater than ever and people who would gladly see their enemies head on a plate, Lydia and Stiles are tied together and must face the harsh realities of what being royal is really like. The future king and queen who are strangers to each other now have a duty to stay alive and become the rulers of two countries. (Characters rights go to Jeff Davis since he created them. I wish I owned or worked for Teen Wolf but I don't. If I did, then Stydia would be cannon.)

So when Lydia suggests Oliver recruit a few people to be apart of the team, Oliver's very against it, but soon warms up to the idea. Lydia moved on from Oliver, and she's currently dating a detective, when her new boyfriend starts slightly getting suspicious of her other job, Lydia tries to protect him from her vigilance life, but there's something that gets in the way of Lydia's plans, so when she comes clean to her boyfriend, he's worried about her safety. No matter how many times Lydia has reassured him, he can't help himself to be worried, so what happens when the Team Arrow's new big bad comes and ruins not only Lydia's life, but Oliver's as well. As Lydia reaches her breaking point, someone that's supposed to be dead, comes back into her life only making Lydia question everything she believes in. As Lydia struggles with being Overwatch, she becomes someone that Oliver wishes Lydia didn't have to be. Himself. But Lydia will do anything to take down Prometheus, even working against her team.
