Half alive and half dead; half boy and half ghost. It's hard enough keeping that a secret from ghost hunting parents. After the Disasteriod incident though, it has gotten harder to fake being normal. And a field trip with his class to the place filled with both allies and friends of his isn't the best way to keep a secret either. Danny also knows Dash couldn't possibly love him or could he? Sam and Tucker often try to cheer up Danny and help him but Danny closes himself off to people. Danny starts becoming depressed and even harms himself on some occasions. Danny is very devastated when he learns Dash is back together with Paulina and things take a turn for the worse.
