Part II - Spring Returns
They rebuild their love slowly. She still forgets the past, but they make new memories. They get married, live a quiet life, and cherish even the simple things. Love feels gentle again.

Part III - The Quietest Goodbye
Without warning, she dies from a brain aneurysm. The narrator is shattered. He writes her letters, tries to heal, and struggles to move on. But grief becomes part of his life.

Part IV - The Last Letter
Years later, he still loves her. He dates, fails, laughs again, and grows old-keeping her memory alive. He visits her grave with two cups of coffee and ends with a question:
