Virgil and his wonderfully lesbian parents decided to move into a new town. Virgil feels indifferent about the idea because of the previous events that took place at his old school. The next day, when the gay trio arrive at the new town, Virgil meets someone named Roman Prince who is around his age. Apparently Roman also had a twin named Remus, but we don't talk about him. Soon after, Virgil starts to have feelings for this weirdo. And although he won't admit it, he's not as bad as he lets on.

Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare.
