Two different classes. Two different names, one poor, one rich. Both classes hate each other.
The rich are the best, the best life. The kings and queens.
The poor, are hard workers but struggle to live a good life.
The poor work for the rich, they have to respect them or face the consequences.
Natasha.
Born into the poor class, works almost every day of her life, to help support her family, but it's never enough. Hates all Lions.
Thomas.
Born into the rich class, hates his family and life. Kind and hard working and hates how cruel his class is to the poor. Wants to work hard on his education so one day he could leave his home town and never come back.
One night, when Natasha is working for the rich, while they were hosting a party. Falls and drops all her work stuff and looks up to see Thomas helping her.
And ever since that night, they always seem to bump into each other.
Thomas wants to get to know her.
Natasha wants to get away from him, after all, she thinks he's as bad as the rest of his class.

From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient.
