It's 1964 and Dina Handry is a Cajun Boutique owner from Georgia who is invited by Burt Landon, the mayor of Louisville, Kentucky, to come to dinner at his mansion in her honor, when she arrives she finds out that 8 other strangers got the same letter, each saying it was in there honor.
