What is love? Why do we humans craze for it, long for such mind boggling concept? Some of us have even learned to accept that we'll never be able to experience it.
To Ezra Riveras, love something that he grew up with. From every corner there seemed to a person who could love him. Considering his charming personality, and his stunning smile, every guy wanted to be him and every girl wanted to be with him. Hell there were even guys that were crushing on him. He seemed to have it all, a girlfriend, a spot on the baseball team, and a family that loved him.
Maddox Johnes grew up alone. His childhood was starved from love. With his parents traveling and only caring about their business, growing up alone in a mansion made him mature faster. He had hard eyes and a blank stare that seemed to look through your soul. He built a shell around his heart and promised himself never to love. He didn't even know what love was.
Can Ezra save Maddox and feed his starved heart? Will Maddox be willing to let someone in? And most importantly will their love be approved by their friends and family?

Bella head towards where they're going, carefully stepping along the craggy rocks. When suddenly, one of the rock she step into knocks her off balance. She trip on a rocky out crop and stumble toward the ground, when someone steps in to catch her. "Whoa." Says the guy who catch her Bella reached out her arm going around his neck as he folds her safely into his arms. When she opens her eyes and turns up to look at who catches her. Ezra's face comes into view. So close to her face. Her arms are still around Ezra's neck. She abruptly take her hands off him and put a space between them, she stands up straight.. "Thank you." She utters to Ezra in a whisper. She looks ahead to see if their friends saw what just happened between her and Ezra. To her relief they're continuing the trek. They're oblivious of what just happened. Which is a good thing for her, because She hates to be teased. Her thoughts is interrupted by what Ezra said "Trust me, the pleasure is all mine.
