I'm a hunter. It's my job to track down criminals, and either drag them to jail or play judge, jury, and executioner. I enjoy my job. It allows me to detach myself from having to associate myself from other people.
Iza Gerad. She is a thief, a murder suspect, and is considered armed and dangerous. My type of job. Only problem is this: she is my Soulmate. And if she dies, I die.
Of course. This is just my luck.

Jas Enwell is a Hunter in a dimension where Soulmates are inevitable for most people. She is one of them. She hates that. She just wants to enjoy her life without the disease of dramatic romance that all of her friends seem to suffer from. Her Caretaker, Seyzin, generally disapproves of her Hunting, but it is allowed. He is supposed to keep her alive until she finds her Soulmate. He also is the one who assigns her jobs. He assigns her to Iza Gerad, who has a death sentence on her head. Her Soulmate.
Cue the major whoops.

I couldn't come up with a good cover; sorry. I'll fix it eventually. Maybe.Anyways, don't expect much from this story. I just sort of had the idea and went with it, but I'm not too committed to the idea.
