In this world being irregular is taboo. Regulars have been killing irregulars for ages. Irregulars have been struggling with keeping themselves hidden from the regulars and war is on the way. What happens when a young boy by the name of Tommy uses his irregular power and time travels? What happens to him? Where does he go and who does he meet?

Irregular: Someone who is born with one (rarely two) 'super power(s)'
Regular: Someone who is 'normal' with no powers
