The average human being spends every second of his day fighting against the force of nature to see another day. But I'm different. I'm not afraid of outside forces to take my life away - only myself. Approximately 10 years ago, something happened to me. Something really bad. But I'm not allowed to talk about it. As a way to release my frustration, I give hell to my body and everyone I come in contact with - especially my parents. No one knows about what happened except the ones who did it...and Him. The Forgotten Tragedy
Harsh and raspy; His voice bombed with power as he clenched his fists in rage. The young girl stumbled over her bare feet, her heart about to explode out of her chest. Her breathe was ragged, eyes shut for a split second before being born again and filling her body with a big scoop of that cold morning air. She starred hard at the morning sun as it started to peak its way over the horizon. All of her built up emotions start to find their way to her watery eyes and pour down her cheeks. Smiling as she cried the last thing that girl noticed was the wonderful white snow falling on that not so beautiful Christmas morning. He is a drunk, he cant let go of the pass or control his anger. She just wants to protect her child and live a happy life. She just wanted to help but now she needs someone to help. He just wants to be loved. Why does life never go his way? 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘴, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳'𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯! Tragedy can happen to anyone, anytime and anywhere, and the saddest part about that truth is that tragedy is unavoidable. No one can prevent a natural disaster from happening. No one can prevent death from knocking on their doorstep - if it's an accident, or a sickness - it cannot be prevented, and it cannot be avoided. You never know on which day tragedy will come knocking on your front door. You never know who it would strike next - if it would be you, or someone else, or someone who is very close to you. The thing is, with tragedy, it doesn't ask questions before it strikes. It just does. River and Sophia were two people who experienced the same tragedy: loss, but their stories were very different from each other, but they shared the same pain of losing someone they loved, someone who was close to them. And now, suffering the aftermath of their tragedies - living with the guilt, the regret, and the grief of losing someone that was close to them, they have to try to overcome everything, before their tragedy ruins their lives forever. You have a right to feel the way you do. You have a right to keep things private or to share and speak about these experiences to others. No matter what you choose, it is your decision to make. However, do not let your fear dismiss the truth. Do not believe the lies you constantly tell yourself to ignore the pain you are feeling. Do not let the sum of someone else's trauma silence you.
Me Without You
Shock. Once the shock wore off, I was confused. Then angry. You made me so angry because I felt betrayed by your choice. Your choice to leave me, leave me all alone in this dark world. I felt so angry and betrayed by your choice to desert me when you were all I had. Then I accepted the fact that you were no longer here because that's just how it was and how it had to be.
