Sam is a sixteen year-old girl from Robin Creek, a town filled with a seemingly supernatural history. Sam never believed any of that madness, until she was faced with the most strange issue she has never heard of, even from this town.

In fear and confusion, she flees from her home and retreats deep into the woods, where she encounters a group of people that live like animals. They are rough, but they are free, and for once Sam finally feels like she belongs somewhere.

But when she meets her human brother again for the first time in years, she finds she can't decide with which crowd she should run with. And she begins to question who (or what) she is in the process. 

Can she somehow unite the humans and beasts, and will she ever be fully accepted by either of them if she can't? Will she be able to right the wrongs she committed and make peace with the frightened townspeople?

Join Sam in this fantasy and drama-filled adventure as she is forced to decide whether she is human or animal.

Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look.
