The Dragon of metropolis

I was the lowest of the low but in this world of superpowered humans my ability was considered weak my ability was known as the prime time. I could see others levels their max were all 100 mine was indefinite. I could access a store to buy abilities from every thing I've read. But ive been given a passive ability called prime time which is what shows up on my power sheet, it gives me the ability to learn anything to it's mac in very little time but what could that do to someone breathing fire or shooting lighting they say. But today I snapped and challenged the strongest kid in school to a fight he was a bully and a gang members that frequently traveled down my street to be a bully an abuse their powers but now a new Dragon has risen I will BRING JUSTICE!
