This is a story about the Grim Reaper and the souls he delivers.
The Grim Reaper delivers souls from earth to what most comprehend as the 'afterlife'.
When there is the occasional resistance from unwilling souls, he'll retrieve an old memory or feeling of theirs and let them experience it again. It usually works to persuade them to leave the world - souls who had suicidal thoughts in the past, those who lost loved ones and didn't want to continue living without them, and those who did something wrong and felt huge crushing guilt.
Until he met a soul who never felt like she wanted to die before.

Death is inevitable, however he can't collect all of the souls by himself. That's were his children come in. Grim reapers are the children of Death. They are the ones to lead and protect souls on their journey between worlds. They were the first grim reaper and Deaths first child. They have been by his side since Eve was tempted by the snake and has shown nothing but loyalty to her father. They don't have a true name but is lovingly known as Hope by the angel and the demon of who they have always seemed to cross paths with. Why?
