Words you said to me once, kept repeating over and over again in my mind. Did you ever loved me at all? Will I ever hear you say those three words? Or will you just keep pushing me away? If both of us were just regular mortal can we finally be together without any interference? Why does Fate and the stupid Rock of Three Incarnations get to decide the one that I love and not me?
A Spinoff from "Just Because I'm Not An Ordinary Girl" where after Fengjiu activates the box, the two lovebirds disappear from their own realm and end up in a parallel universe. A realm out of the billions of worlds that co-exists with thier own. A relam where it's an exact copy of everyone but just all mortals. They will only have the memories of the ones that they took over in the parallel universe. Their own memories locked and sealed away.
The mighty Dijun is now just a regular mortal and the nine tail fox is just a regular trouble making teenager. Will these lovers ever cross path again and fall in love once more. Will they ever be able to return to their own realm?

Feng Jiu has been missing for over 20,000 years. Her family has been searching for her ever since they found out she has went missing. While Feng Jiu was missing she was going through a series of events, she started to wonder why all of this was happening to her. She finally realized that the series of events was to get her wings. Feng Jiu started to think and finally decided it was time to return home. As they were catching up there was a banquet being held at the nine palace for the Heavenly Lord's birthday. There she just happens to run into Donghua Dijun (he hasn't heard that she has returned). Ye Hua and Bai Qian are already married but Ye Hua still hasn't succeeded the throne yet. This will include a very serious Feng Jiu and she will be very independent and powerful, but she will be a little childish when she is around her loved ones. She also has wings like Maleficent, and she will be a nine tailed phoenix fox. she can not hide her wings in human or fox form. Plus she will be able to turn into a phoenix. This story is about the birth and development of the best friendship between Donghua Dijun and his little fox. In my re-imagined story, I am attempting to give our beloved leads a genuine chance at love with their own thoughts, behaviors, and desires. Granted, life is full of misunderstandings, obstacles and karma. Donghua learns that being a heartless god has its consequences. Having been careless and inconsiderate with the hearts of those who had fawned over him, he'll find it difficult to fulfill his. At its very core, this is a character-driven story about healing from trauma and the growth of a deep and meaningful friendship. It also attempts to explore the coming of age of love and desire for each of them. Those who can't tolerate slow burns should avoid reading this story ;) They meet much later, (she never becomes his maid) and was not involved in the BQ/Su Su/YH situation. Xiao Bai is young and very innocent as this story unfolds. Donghua is arrogant and obtuse, though with more playfulness and tenderness in the style of The Pillow Book. His edges are much softer. There are quite a few characters from the original series. Zhe Yan, Mo Yuan, Bai Zhen, Bai Qian, Ye Hua, Lian Song, Si Ming and Zhong Lin will make appearances, plus others from Eternal Love and ELOD. Lust + desire will play a part of this story so mature themes/content in later chapters. Reader discretion advised. Story is also LGBTQ+ friendly, as am I. This story and the characters are based on Tangi Gongzi's Three Lives Three Worlds, the Pillow Book, and TMOPB.
