His father Jackson worked as an electrician and he had to travel all around Maine for work. His mother Maria didn't take the divorce well. She started with drinking but soon switched to drugs. Once Liam and Sophia got to high school, Sophia was consumed by the urge to be popular and fit in. Liam didn't care about any of that. He just wanted to make sure his sister was taken care of. Liam and Sophia got into a huge fight and ended up not talking to each other ever again. The rest of Liams high school years where rough while Sophia lived the dream life of a rich teenager.
