Freya was taken under Leia Organa's wing at 15 and has been serving as a keeper of the balance since. She was a single soldier drafted from birth to fight a seemingly endless battle against the demanding forces of the dark side. She's been taught that the light is good and just, standing starkly opposite of the dark but what happens when, at 21, she comes to realize that maybe things aren't as clean cut as she'd always believed them to be? What happens when she's forced to leave the comfort of her monotonous life and girlish crush on Poe Dameron to meet a man who embodies everything she'd been kept blind to, showing her that maybe there's a purpose for her that hangs in the balance as it shifts to tilt in favor of every dark, dangerous thing she'd been kept away from for all those years?

There will be a few augmentations to the earlier story, but I have tried to stay true to the plot up until this point, except for the 16 hr deadline Palpatine gave them. His threat was open ended in my version.
