Natalia Alianovna Romanova had known that she'd never be able to have children after going through the ceremony. So when the world presented her with the opportunity to be a mother, she couldn't pass it up.
Echo was found in an alleyway merely a few hours old on a cold winter night of Russia covered only by a sheet. However, she was saved and brought to the Red Room where she was discovered to be incredibly talented and inhumanly intelligent. At age ten, she's traded to Hydra for the Red Room's gain.

Hayley has been stuck in Hydra since she was 4. She has done everything they have said for 12 years and she is finally fed up. She, and a few other people, escape one day and are still on the run for 2 years peacefully. Until Director Nick Fury sends the Avengers to come and take her and her friends in. This will not follow the plot to any of the movies or the timelines at all so all of the Avengers PLUS Pietro are there even though they are technically shouldn't be yet in the movies.
