After Bowser invades the Mushroom Kingdom once again, it becomes Mario and Luigi's goal to defeat the King of Koopas again, but after an unknown source sends Bowser a technological weapon to use in battle, along with a mysterious Green Emerald, Bowser now has a weapon that he knows that the Mario Brothers won't be able to stop him with.
