Captain Flynn O'Riley lived in his own perfect bubble, a facade and mask of being a well off gentleman of the Navy that he created to hide who he really was. It was doing well for him til he got kidnapped by a gang of pirates, part of a plan of mutiny from his beloved crew. Frightened and betrayed, he attempts to build a new life with his captors. He begins to see the lies he was fed whilst within the Navy. The walls between him and his new Captain begin to crumble as Flynn realizes he is falling in love with the man.

| ManxMan | - Historical Fiction - Strong SEXUAL Content | Tossed aside for his sexual preferences, a young lord is abandoned by his family. But, he isn't alone for long as a towering, rather intimidating and...handsome man happens upon him at the lowest point in his life. However, this man doesn't look upon him with judgment in his eyes. There is a sort of unspoken sympathy, and it shows itself well enough when he is swept off his feet and taken to the man's home. Untouched, unjudged and given a place to stay, this young lord will come to find he's been given a second chance. But he's afraid. Of what? (This story is based on a character introduced in 'The Beauty of Coincidence'. You don't need to read that one, but a piece of useful information would be that Edgar works for someone named Norman Ramsey, a man who has accepted that his own son is gay (he is not homophobic even though it's the 1820s, and Edgar is extremely loyal to the name of Ramsey). Enjoy!)
