{Octonauts} Trust In Trainees

When the Octonauts realise that they won't be around forever, they begin to wonder... who will carry on our work? They have many years left, but after they are gone, will there be anyone else who will help all the creatures in the oceans? The uncertainty starts a new era for the Octonauts, as they set out to find the next generation of underwater heroes. But, what if these heroes aren't what they were expecting?

I'm trying to keep this as in-universe as possible, because the charm of the canon animated series is what I love most about it. I do not own the Octonauts, only this story and the OC's featured.
