In this story Izuku Midoriya learns Ninshu from Naruto and Hinata from the age of 10 years. Naruto tells him about the reason why the Quirk had developed and How he Stablized Natural Energy of the world when he entered in this world. How he really needed someone to pass his legacy. Izuku A Chance given by this man accepts his gratitude and dedicates his heart to learn everything about Chakra. 

Naruto told him that Izuku  can be a Hero. He has what it takes to be a Hero and maybe He can be the one to fight All for One since Chakra is not a Quirk thus it cannot be stolen but can only be learned through hardwork and sheer willpower.

Hinata tells him to be someone who can inspire others and protect them from their troubles. He will fulfill something that even All Might Cannot Achieve. He will be hope of Mankind when they will need him the most. 

He was entrusted everything by them. He will be a Hero and will guide everyone what it means to be a Hero.
