Clowns has been terrorizing Michael and his friends. Especially their neighborhood.

Since the movie, Jokes came out, killer clowns or that's what they identify themselves as, they started killing people while dressing up as clowns.

So many people have died, they've reached the news, they've started an organization, a cult, a mafia.

Michael and his friends are scared for life, but, they're gonna get to the bottom of this. Will they end this terror? Or will they die in despair?
