Resurrection (A DNF Story)
Members of the DreamSMP are over at Dream's place when Sapnap and a few others begin to cross the line with Dreamnotfound jokes. Eventually, Dream has had enough of George being uncomfortable because of the sexual jokes and decides to knock some sense into Sapnap. The fight gets heated and Dream throws a punch at Sapnap, but misses. Hello! So before we start this is 100% going to have Blood Death Mentions of injury and cussing it mAy have Angst and ships but its a may. So in this AU everybody has some sort of power and a power source! Dream's mask gives him strength but he loses a bit of sanity. After he stops he gets weakness George's glasses (he has to be wearing them on his eyes) let's him see some of the future but it's limited. After he's done he has a headache. Pain depends on how long he goes into the future Sapnap's headband gives him speed 2 but he can't control how long it is. After 2 minutes he gets slowness 2. Bad's hood gives him flight but he can't go that fast. After he's done he can only jump a slab. So the 4 are just playing a casual manhunt with no powers as Dream stated in the rules. Most of the time, they never got caught. Very little times, they would be found and murdered on the spot by the guards after them. Many kings and queens have made a rule, "every single Nether Hybrid shall be executed, no mercy". While for the others, they are just locked up. Stuck in cells to rot for the rest of their lives. What happens when a particular Nether Hybrid gets hunted down by one of the best guards ever to be hired by the most famous and important royal family? Will he be executed? Will he be spared? They were each streaming on the Dream SMP that day, everybody had just about logged off when the server suddenly shut down with the 6 still online. After a day of not hearing from them, a few people checked the SMP. The server was locked." -News article 2026. Tommy and Tubbo were sick and tired of hearing non stop about the disappearances. The two brothers wanted them to be found just so people would shut up about it, that was until scientists finally figured out what happened and how to get them out. each of the missing streamers were stuck in the world, their bodies now part of the game. The only way for them to get out was to either beat the game or find some sort of loop hole, their only problem? Dream had destroyed the end portals that were within 1000's of blocks a month before the disappearances and if they died? Game. Over. Scientists developed a new VR like device, they only made 3. With those 3 they needed volunteers but nobody seemed to want to risk it. Tommy decieded to do it for fun and drag Tubbo with him. Can Tommy and Tubbo and one other help Dream and everybody else escape the SMP? Or will somebody else on the inside stop them from beating the game and kill them.
