Lindsey Adams does not want to do a spring sport in her Freshman year. However, she needs something to do with her free time. Then it hits her: manage a team. But which team? Baseball.

She finally works up the nerve to talk to the coach, and he lets her manage the varsity team. She has to come to every practice and game, and even join the boys if they go out for a celebratory meal. Sounds great, right? Spending all that time with all the upperclassmen six packs. That's exactly what Lindsey thought.

What she didn't expect was sixteen new brothers that watch her every move and beat up every boy who lays an eye on her. Now how is she supposed to get asked to Prom?

Updates: Whenever I can! "Buddy! Don't be an idiot! We all can see it it's obvious. You're head over heels for her! Admit it!" I shook my head with a laugh. "Admit what?" "You lost. I might have slept with her and broken her heart, but you're in love with her!" The last competitor in our bet cleared his throat. "Do you? Do you love her?" I thought for a while. Her smile. Her laugh. The face she makes when I make a bad joke, but she doesn't want me to think she is laughing. The way I feel when she cries. The intense desire to knock this asshole's teeth out for using her while I spent so long trying to protect her. The amount of times I've held her hand and forced her to take care of herself and told her to not let these 2 players affect her. "'Bye.' I say after Edwin's kiss. He gives me a small smile that honestly looks more like a grimace. It makes me a little uncomfortable having him kiss me in the library. Edwin walks away, and someone standing in the corner of my vision makes me turn in my seat. A tall, muscular man is standing there, his arms crossed, staring at me. He's got dark brown hair, perfect eyebrows, and soft brown eyes. Honestly, he's gorgeous. And since I've read, and edited, about five articles about him, I recognize him immediately. Dane Sawyer. He's the best pitcher on our baseball team. He's hoping to go pro, although I'm not totally sure what the process is surrounding that, since I don't retain much of the information from the articles that I read about him. I know that he's also a junior, and that his girlfriend is hot as fuck. I've seen them together on campus. They're hard to miss because they are easily one of the most attractive couples that I've ever seen. I'm convinced that I must be hallucinating, because he makes eye contact and walks towards me. 'That was awkward.'" ~~~ Junior year is starting off chaotic for Mackenzie Brooks as she steps into her role as the editor-in-chief of the college's newspaper. She's smart, focused on school, the paper, and her TA responsibilities. Junior year should be starting off easy for Dane Sawyer. He's the star pitcher of the baseball team; attractive, athletic, desirable, with a hot girlfriend. Unfortunately, he's also failing computer science which is the one thing he sees that is in the way of his pro career. Different in more ways that one, when the two run into each other in the library, it's an immediate disaster. But when Dane convinces Mackenzie to be his tutor, both of their lives begin to change.

Riley has spent her life surrounded by boys - that's what happens when your twin brother is Jaden Henline, one of the best baseball players around and the most popular guy in school. As a result, they shared most of their friends, so Riley had almost all guy friends. And up until That Summer, she had never even thought of any of them as more than a brother. But Jaden made it perfectly clear that he didn't want her going out with one of his friends. So she made a vow - a vow to never have feelings for one of her brother's friends. But then her parents announce they're moving to Pennsylvania, and she meets their new next-door neighbor - and Jaden's new teammate - Cole Wagner. And she finds out how just one person can change everything she thought she was sure of.
