Asha Hargreeves is a normal waitress at Griddy's diner, at least that's what everyone thinks. She has plans to leave the town with her boss Agnes in order to start their own bakery. Every day after work, unknown to everyone at the diner but Asha, she returns to a mansion with an ape butler, a robot for a mother, and a father she tries to avoid at all costs. She is the last one to live in the house, her seven adopted siblings gone. 

Her Father's sudden passing prompts the siblings to return to the empty mansion for some time. What happens when one of her brothers returns and is spouting that the end of the world is soon and he needs her help to stop it. 
Feelings come back for someone who she thought she could never talk to again. How does she fit into the pieces of the puzzle that is her family trying to save the world?
