Magnus Milne is just like any other person living in Starburrow Town, He has a job, He has friends, and He's got his own place to live. Except Magnus has a terrible secret, and simply put he didn't care who knew it, as they won't live long enough to tell anyone else.
Magnus Milne is The Starlit Slasher.
A Serial Killer who we will follow through his descent into madness, and eventually see what becomes of him when the town slowly bands together to put the clues together as to who he really is at night time.
