The Witch and the Dragon ( Fanfiction Challenge)

This idea has been floating in my mind for a long time, so long in fact that I've been literally tearing my hair out to try to write this but I've come to the conclusion that the ability to write this is beyond my capabilities since I am still new to writing. So I decided to turn this story into a challenge for anyone who is willing to try and write it. See the first chapter for details, and the second for some rules don't worry they're not deal Breakers just a couple of things that I would like followed.
