Ceila, a 22-year old with a rare type of body tissue cancer called Angiosarcoma living in her hospital room for 5 years.
To thank her parents for their unending love and support, she wrote them a letter and asked her nurse attendant or more like an older sister she never had: Tina to drop off her leter to the post office addressed to Ceila's home.
Days later, Ceila received a reply letter from someone with the wax initials of 'W', when she read the letter it's from a guy named Wesley, a Med student who's now residing in Ceila's known home address.
Wesley has read her letter together with his Med School acceptance letter being utterly clueless of Ceila's health condition and he gave her some advices that actually annoyed and offended Ceila.
Turns out, Wesley told her that for the past week she hasn't seen her dad around was because he was closing the house deal with Wesley's parents and Ceila's dad actually told them she's away for fashion school (because her family wants to keep their matters privately)
Her parents now live in a new established apartment near the hospital so they can go to her easily, besides that, they needed the money to pay her hospital bills.
Will their unprecedented acquaintance remain sour, or will this bloom into a new relationship before the time runs out?

Love is strange. It exists in many forms and is one of the key components that makes humans happy, but there isn't a lot of understanding surrounding it. At least not the kind of understanding with which the average person identifies. Agnes is one of the few people that can accept all kinds of love. Despite her dated name, she is a woman in her late 20's dealing with the death of most of her family. She's now stuck in the middle of figuring out how to raise children that she never saw in her future and deciding what love means for her, when it has to exist within layer upon layer of complication. She let go of her boyfriend after almost a decade because their love wasn't meant to exist under the strain of children, only to find herself confronted with the overpowering connection of her old high school sweetheart. The same man she ran away from because their values hardly aligned when it came to how love should be expressed long term. Within the midst of learning how to raise children and balance her ever-building career, Agnes tries to recover from her mother's death, seek comfort without complicating her circumstance, and figure out why her mother would name her Agnes. Finding real comfort starts to feel impossible, as her most available options are her ex-boyfriend and her assistant. Completed! Rejected 6 times** "This one just isn't for us." By far the most plain rejection I have ever received and I can respect it. 1/22/2022 - 1K 9/28/2022 - 10K

Book 1 of the "Used to Be" Series Scarlett Fisher: the school's resident mean girl. Beautiful, smart (but doesn't let people know), charismatic, confident (or at least that's what everyone thinks.) The truth is, she's scared, Scared that one day people will see past her smile and charm, and see the person she really is on the inside. Scared that someone will remember who she used to be. ~•~ Now I know I seem like a bitch, and your probably thinking I'm your stereotypical mean girl, but I wasn't always like this, back when high school first started. I had a best friend who I thought I would be friends with forever. I was shy and timid, and I was foolish enough to believe what people told me. Back then everyone knew me as Arora. After the incident I decided to stop going by my first name, I had also learned that being mean, and not taking anything form anyone was the only way to get people to treat you with respect. ~•~ Arora Fisher: the girl most people didn't notice until they needed help with homework, the girl who was voted most likely to disappear and no one would notice. The girl who her believed in the good in others, who wanted to just give people a chance, no matter how many red flags. The girl who was lost to tragedy. ~•~ "We'll be broken together." He try's to smile, but he can't manage it and I nod, knowing how much pain he feels. "We'll be broken together." I whisper, after that we sit there, in an empty silence, neither of us wanting to be the first one to speak again, because it feels off, like the sound of our own voices might somehow break our hearts more.
