Naranasan mo na bang mag isip ng negative thoughts sa sarili mo like you are not good enough, boring, and minsan dumadating na sa point na bigla mo na lang maiisip na gusto mo ng mamatay out of nowhere sabay iyak! Ang hirap!

Experience is the best Teacher ika nga pero iba padin talaga kapag ka ikaw na mismo ang nakakaranas ng mga bagay na di mo aakalaing mangyayari sa buhay mo.

Based lamang po ito sa experiences ko. I'm not an expert or something I just want to share to others some advices that I did before to overcome those things.

Every part per topic po. Advices ma pa life, love, friendships, family, or even work. All in lahat 😉

Hoping na magustuhan nyo po itong 1st publish ko. Kung may maka appreciate man po sa inyo maraming marami salamat po kung wala naman po salamat padin sa inyo. ☺️
