12 years of friendship were lost and forgotten because of a stupid video that was uploaded to YouTube. That stupid video wasn't actually stupid. It was life changing for the good and the bad, depending on who you're talking about.
When a change that big occurs you start pondering every aspect of your life. It was foolish of me to think that nothing would change. He helped shape me into who I was, I liked that girl. She was everything he made me, everything I wanted. But a change in life does this crazy thing where it changes the person it affected. That girl that I liked and thought I was all along, is gone.
Ashton and I had been friends since the day I moved to Australia when I was four and he was six. That's when everything was simpler. No feelings or dreams separating us. Just two best friends who did everything together and meant the world to each other. Now, I am nothing but secrets and wishes with a name.
