Kay youth is like your normal teenager. She has the two best friends the parents that don't care about her the insecurities and her eating disorder. For years she has been know as that fat girl until winter break where she turns to Ana and from there on is known as that girl that changed. But everything comes crashing down when the new hottie William Prant comes into her life and finds out a lot about her.
