Hanako Megumi is a member of Japan's quirk registration and regulation department. After the kidnapping of a UA student, and the implementation of dorms, she is sent to UA by her department to take on a teaching role. They want to keep an eye on quirk usage within the school grounds, so what better way than with a teacher?
Hanako however has her own personal reasons for accepting the reassignment. Their is a student who interests her, among other underlying issues. Izuku only recently registered his quirk, meaning he just learned of it. How is that possible, with quirks manifesting at the age of 4 in children.
Hanako will work her best to help these students succeed, while perusing her own goals. How will she handle her new position, and how will she deal with villain attacks?
