the people have to be a top and if people are gonna do it they have to fight each other, they have to pin the other to the wall for one minute and the loser have to be bottom as punishment
rules in the world:
1: you may be a bottom till you are 18, then you have to quickly change in a top
2: a switch has to act like a top all the time and there are very few jobs that they can do, they can be a police, cashier, trashmen or cleaner and if they do an other job they get killed
3: hiding a bottom is illegal, if the police finds a bottom between 18 and 19 the person that is hiding them goes to jail and the bottom gets killed but if the police finds a 20+ bottom the person that is hiding the bottom is getting killed in a slowly way with the bottom with no food or drinks
