In a small coastal town named Wept Waters, a mysterious man drunkenly stared off into the sea near the city port. Some nearby playing children noticed his clear sadness and decided to speak to him and ask about his issue. He then recounted a gripping tale of love, loss and turmoil over the dark waters.
