Blair has been used most her life. Being sold from one place to another. She is done when she finds out something life changing, she just wants to get out. She bolts with the help of one of her friends at the house she was being kept at. Using her quirk at the time would be too dangerous for many reasons so she just runs till she can't anymore. Someone finds the half starved bruised and broken Blair in a ally way and takes her to their clinic to make sure she is alright.
