Every twenty years, four children in the country of Andria are gifted with special abilities. These people are called Powerfuls. The people who fear them, the Powerless, publicly execute them for their own safety.

Finally a generation of Powerfuls led by an experienced teenage girl with help from a Powerless-organised resistance decide to take down the corrupt government killing innocent people everyday. It isn't easy; not all of them consider themselves as "friends."

With twists and turns down the road and utter betrayal around many corners, the four teenagers have to decide what's more important to them: family, love, friends, or their own safety.
