"Isn't it lovely, all alone? Heart made of glass, my mind of stone."
Subject A24.
The Survivor.
Planet Earth was in ruins. What little life forms were left could not thrive.
Virus came. It plagued the earth into a state even worse than before. Minds, homes, and families were destroyed. Drastic measures needed to be taken. The people of the world fought to destroy the virus. To find a cure.
There always needed to be extraordinary people to be tested. Some were immune to the deadly virus, others weren't. Whoever these extraordinary people were, they would need to be just that. Mental capacities would be expanded. Physical and emotional abilities would be enhanced.
Weapons needed to be made. Sometimes, in order to succeed, those weapons needed to be something more than metal.
Two teenagers were chosen to carry out these tasks.
A girl wakes up in a cold, metal box with no memory of who she is or how she got there. All she remembers is one thing.
Her name.
"Turn me to pieces, skin and bone. Hello, welcome home."

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."

Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
