Laws were tough for latin women where Mariana was from. Girls finished school when they were 11 years old. Boys continued on. From them girls went to classes on how to be the perfect wife and mother. After passing all those classes,  your father was to choose who your husband would he. Then you would live happily ever after. Everyone except for Mariana.

    Mariana Vasquez was a 14 year old delinquent from the minute she snuck across the border. She was from Honduras. A country east of Mexico. Her, her younger brother and older sister were dropped off in Texas to fend for themselves. 

     Mariana and Javier were very close so she decided to take care of him.  Her sister Cecilia headed toward California. With Javier on her back and little money in her pocket, Mariana headed toward Miami. A place she knows she can make money in order to provide for her and Javier.

    12 years later she's about to  become your longest reigning NXT Women's Champion. With a horrible history, she can't be normal again. Miami is now a haunting ground for her. She can't love anyone anymore because of her almost "husband" in Honduras watching her every move threatening to air her dirty laundry.

      Not being able to trust anyone except for her best friend Mercedes (Sasha Banks) she puts forth all her focus into wrestling. 

     That is until Mercedes moves up to the main roster meeting some new people. Sitting at a Monday Night Raw with Mercedes, she meets all of her new friends, including someone who strikes her interest, Dean Ambrose.

He had his first match while still in high school. around the age of 16 or 17. He lost but he was hooked on the adrenaline rush and the sound of the crowd calling his name. Upon graduating high school he went to U of I and put himself through college by wrestling on the weekends. Upon graduating from University of Idaho's Literature and Physical Education programs. He went into the Indies for a few years. And was soon picked up by ROH, Lucha Underground, and NJPW. When he was in LU. He met Pentagon Jr. who took the young 'DaredeviI' under his wing and helped him perfect his high risk style. Which proved to be a stroke of genius as he teamed up with his student and in a matter of weeks won the LU tag team championships. When he signed with NJPW. He rocketed to the top. And garnered a reputation for doing anything and everything in a match. For example: When an opponent tried to leave the Tokyo Dome by car during a match against him. He launched himself through the drivers side window. Which stopped his opponent and but also the match. As luck would have it. That was the match that brought him to the attention of WWE. Which he signed a five year deal and he debuted on NXT. February 12, 2020. Nobody could contain him. Not Tomasco Ciampa, not the Undisputed Era. No one. The first one to make him feel anything aside from no fear. Was Candice LeRae. And when Candice was injured by Dakota Kai. Nobody was prepared for the repercussions it caused from 'The Daredevil'. Over the next month, people learned to fear 'The Daredevil'. But parallel to the fear coursing through the locker room. Candice and Daniel started training at the P.C. together. One day when he was picking up Candice. Gargano noticed that his wife and Daniel were getting pretty close. Gargano began a war with Daniel for Candice. Thing is who'll win in the end?

Where he met the girl who stole his heart. Cassandra McIntosh. Now known to the WWE Universe as Peyton Royce. They spent every second together when he was in Australia. When she signed with WWE in 2015. He went to Japan and wrestled there for a few years. He comes to the attention of WWE in early 2018. But didn't sign a contract until late December of the same year. However, due to things beyond his control he wasn't able to debut until February of 2019 the night after Elimination Chamber. When he runs into Cassie for a heartfelt reunion as friends. Ron Arneill then known as Tye Dillinger was not too keen on his girl hanging out with her ex from the Australian Indies. So he tried to scare him off with an attack on Daniel after Extreme Rules. Which soon reaches the ears of Cassie who breaks it off with Ron and stays with Daniel throughout his recovery and become inseparable when he returns to action at Clash of Champions. Now it's a week before Survivors Series. And their both on a shortlist of competitors for the WWE and Smackdown Women's Championships after Series. And Cassie moved in with her boyfriend of two months. The once 'Highwayman', now 'The Man In Black'. Everyone including Jessica McKay (Billie Kay) hope their relationship lasts forever. So do Daniel and Cassie.
