Happiness Isn't Always By Having Money Or By Having Everything We Have,Okey I'm Not Saying That We Shouldn't Be Happy By Our New Clothes That We Recently Bought Or By Our New Phone. What I'm Trying To Say Is That Our Happiness Shouldnt Be Always Attached By Our Things Happiness Is Something That Few People Can Describe Cz It's A Wonderfull Word That We Should Take It Seriously...For Some People Happiness Is By Seing Others Happy,For Others Is By Helping Each Other And For Some Happiness Is By Listening To Music..We Can Be Happy In So Many Different Ways,We Can Express It Also In Different Ways.There's A Kind Of People That They Expresse There Happiness By Smiling To Other People That They Dont Know Because Sometimes Just Smiling To Unknow People Make Them Feel Happy And By Just Smiling To Them You Can Change There Day And Turne It Up Side Down From Bad To Great Day.It's Weard What A Smile Can Do..

Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness. Remember when I said that a kiss or an award had a time limit on it? Well, if you find the right person to say "I love you" to, that doesn't go away. That doesn't vanish. That lingers on forever if you're especially lucky. Feeding it with more is always helpful, of course, but if you've found the person whose "I love you" never goes away, then you're probably doing your damndest to keep them in your life. So it never really leaves you. What it does do is color every bit of your life with a magical sheen of joy where even bad luck appears to turn around and become good once more. Broke your shoelace? Well, maybe you walked by a lottery machine on the way to buy more and won a thousand bucks. Who knows? Glass is half full and all of that. Should not what we give to others be in our control? Why does it have to be influenced by what others give to us? Every human being is unique, but is it right that we are hurting others just because we have been brutally hurt in the past? It's our choice so I believe it should be solely ours.
