"Can we meet?" Yukti asked, her voice barely above a whisper. There was a pause. "Now?" "Yes." "I'll be there in ten minutes." And exactly ten minutes later, her doorbell rang. Yukti took a deep breath before opening the door. "Yukti, what is it?" Yuvraj asked, slightly out of breath, concern flashing in his eyes. Yukti's face was stained with tears, her eyes swollen, her lips quivering. "What happened?" Yuvraj whispered, brushing away the tears on her cheeks.
