Just like that Mark Sloan was dead but that's not what this story is about well it is and it isn't what I mean is this story is about what happens to Mark after death his reconnection with little grey his life after death basically it's a thrilling turn of events for beginners to end to arriving to finding peace.

Okay I don't know if you guys saw the season premier but HOLY SHIT DEREK IS BACK I literally Cried when I saw him I thought I was dead Anyways, this is a fanfic of what if none of the main characters died or left, so Derek, George, Alex, Callie, Arizona, etc are still there and alive and COVID hits. The only dead people are Mark and Lexie. I know that sucks but I need some important people to Meredith to be dead for covid dream reasons.
