after the incident at the chunin exams, konoha made a decision that all the new generation of the clan of ninjas should be seperated and send to different destination in other to prevent all future threats to the village
being such a hard decision to make but a valid one in order to ensure the survival of the five main clans
the nara, uzumaki, uchiha, akimichi and appearently the yamanaki
