Ariana and her three besties have just found out they are going to a brand new boarding school-- National Grammar High-- thousands of kilometers away from their home town in Georgia. When Ariana is blamed for a freak accident and gets suspended, her mum sends her to Green Day Academy-- without her beloved friends.

Green Day is full of mysterious and secretive kids who don’t want anything to do with ‘the new girl’, which means Ariana has got until the holidays to spend all by herself. When she accidentally bumps into Jye and his group of friends in the hallway, they start to make fun of her and make her life at Green Day even more miserable than it already is.
