After rescuing a girl from the League's captivity, Hawks is faced with an alarming problem: she doesn't remember much about the past week. Now, under the Commission's orders, he has to find a way to crack both the League's plans and this girl's stoic demeanor.
Unfortunately for Hawks, things aren't quite that simple. He quickly finds himself caught in a turmoil of unspoken feelings, corrupt government secrets, and some strange dreams.
