- This is an AU where Hinata is a female and she is already a talented player since middle school unlike her male counterpart.
- In this AU, Hinata is Ushijima's stepsister after their parents remarried. Ushijima's mother passed away and his father took care of him while Hinata's father left their family and disappeared without a trace, leaving his wife and daughters behind. They became family when Ushijima was 10 and Hinata was 8. Natsu was a toddler at that time.
- Because of her unusual speed, powerful jumps and spikes that rivals her stepbrother's, Hinata is known as the best spiker in the prefecture in female category.
- She went to Karasuno, unlike her stepbrother who went to Shiratorizawa and joined the team as a middle blocker. It was unusual but fortunately, it wasn't illegal.
- She wanted to prove that she was different from Ushijima and that she could be a top ace like him and she did. When Karasuno defeated Shiratorizawa for the first time and went to the Nationals, Hinata was already ranked as a top three female ace in the nation despite being a first-year.
- Despite joining a boy's team and popular among other teams, Hinata was also widely-known among girl's teams and was friends with Niiyama Girls High players.
- After graduating high school, she went to Brazil for 2 years to learn beach volleyball + pursuing her studies there and returned to Japan after she was scouted into Hikari Pharmaceutical Red Rabbits.
