My name is Mara McMullen, not that he's ever called me that before. He has never even spoken to me with good intent. But still, he won't leave me alone. Instead, he lurks the halls waiting to torment me. To punish me? For what, I don't know. I've been humiliated, rejected, preyed upon. I'm solely a pawn in his sick and twisted game he has been forcing me to participate in for years. The worse it gets, the closer I get to my breaking point. I have a feeling I won't be playing with him for much longer. - My name is Carson Vaughn. Everybody knows my name, girls scream it and guys envy it. I was infatuated the moment I saw her from across the dimly lit school library. I noticed the way she tucks herself away in between halls and books. Never wanting to be seen. It brought something out in me that wanted to corrupt her.

Evelyn: It all started the weekend before I left for college. A secret plan he found left behind in the sand. He made me an offer I almost refused. "I can help with your plan to make Bryson jealous." I took the offer. He took all my firsts. He left in the morning without a simple goodbye or see you around. It's been a year since I've seen him last. Never thought I would get over him. Until the night I met The Demon in the fighting ring. With a mask of paint and identity unknown. Ruin: I met the devil once. I left her without a goodbye. She was temptation, wrapped in desire, dressed in my shirt. Now, she's everywhere she's not supposed to be. My dreams. My thoughts. My class. I never expected to see her again. Now she's watching me from outside the ring. Except she doesn't know who I am.
