Spare Me The Lecture

Alyssa Marie's life takes an unexpected turn when she finds out that she's moving in with her father for six months. Her dad thought it would be a good idea for her finish her last year of high school in Los Angeles, California without the stress of having to take care of her mother, who grows sicker by the day. Alyssa definitely starts the year off with a bang, considering the fact that she's strutting down the halls with the most envied boy in the whole school, if not, the whole state.

Dominic Rodrigues' works for the most successful music company across the globe. His only goal for his senior year was to earn enough money for college and tuition, as well as break a few records in Football. But that all changes once he's put in charge of taking care of the mesmerizingly beautiful Alyssa. He quickly finds himself wanting to be involved with this girl more and more as time passes, but soon understands that all good things won't be handed to him on a silver platter. He'll have to work for what he wants.

As they start to connect in ways neither of them knew they were able, they both realize that they need the other more and more as they grow closer and closer together. Alyssa with her insecurities and worries, Dominic and his understanding of hard work, Will they crumple under the pressure together? Or realize what's important and work hard to get to the top?

But most of all, is risking everything they've worked hard for worth it, if the outcome is a love they never thought they'd acquire?
