She looks to be 18 ish, she's beautiful and has a striking resemblance to him, she's very outgoing and bubble but she keeps lots of secrets. Ciel invites her to his manor because he's curious as to who she is and why she looks so familiar to him and he wants to know her secrets, every.last.one.
