Albany High, a boarding school on the southern tip of Ireland, goes into lockdown after one of their students is found dead in the disabled bathroom. The only clue to his murder is the message written on the bathroom mirror, scrawled in what looks like his blood. Soon, the police discover that it links to the case of Anne Rince, a school girl who was murdered 11 years ago...

Among the students that are questioned is Oliver Walsh. The police first turn to him for interrogation, as they seem to think he is connected to this particular case. Unfortunately for the Chief Inspector, Oliver isn't ending up how the police want him to.

As he begins to investigate the case, Liliana, the new girl, steps out of the shadows. She agrees to help him investigate, for her father's sake, but as they delve deeper into the mystery, they uncover secrets that were never meant to be revealed...
